Dear Gigi: I want to thank you for all your help in simultaneously purchasing and selling our DC homes. You probably don't know this, but I had informally stated our wishes for a Condo to replace our Capitol Hill House to several Realtors at the same time I told you. We had stated our specifications for size, amenities, location, and price. You were the only one to follow up and stay on the project for the six months it took for our current Condo to come on the market. You never gave up and finally focused right in on the right apartment, negotiating the price to fit our requirements.
